I have spoken with Home Security and they say you should be able to access your cameras remotely. I would need to schedule another technician to come out and see what is causing this issue for you. I can have someone out as early as 11/05/15 between 8:00 AM-10:00 AM. If you would like me to reserve this appointment for you reply back to this post.
