No, I'm sure they are talking about Bridge mode, thanks for the reply though. Comcast provides a all-in-one wifi, cable modem, router at the site. DMZ won't work right for advanced users wanting to keep there own router for various reasons, one of which is the double nat and DDNS. Bridge mode typically disables the router and is the only solution. If the security system actually uses the router function then ther will be issues.
