We are current Xfiinity Home Security customers, and already have 3 cameras installed. We called about a package deal for two additional cameras and light switches and were told the switches would be sent, but the cameras would have to be installed at $20 each. We found it to be a bit expensive for exisisting Triple Play customers, but no problem. When we called to schedule the installation, we were told of an additional $49.95 "activation fee". What is that all about,? And why, as existing customers, do we have to pay an activation fee that is mentioned nowhere on your site?
