We continue to have problems with connectivity, failed panels and poor support from technicians. It seems COMCAST treats Home security as a hobby and arrent rreally concerned that customers arent protected like they advertise. I need to know my home is protected, cameras are working and I can depend on them when I need to. We are on ou 4th panel in 2 years as each of the previous panels have failed me.. Today, I had an appointment again and COMCAST showed up 4 hours late. I am so gone when my contract is up...
