How to return and remove from control panel additional security equipment

I have additional equipment - a motion sensor and a keypad - that I don't need anymore. I'm within the 30 days of purchase and want to return them, remove them from my control panel, get a refund and carry on with my life. After 3 days with Xfinity customer reps on the phone, my call was dropped 10 times, it was forwarded to a new person just when the current rep was trying to help me. But because of the long hold time XFINITY put me on, the calls got either dropped or transferred to a new person. Which company does that? Nobody knows what to do with home security. Every rep had a different response ranging from "I don't know" to providing false information, like the lie that I can drop off my home security equipment at the local service center (that's not true, they don't accept home security equipment). At this point all I want to do is have a technician come, take off the additional equipment I don't need, disconnect it from the security control panel and that's it. However, NOONE can set this up. A rep was so close to setting up a free technician to come and do all this and the call got forwarded to a new rep who was clueless how to even set up a technician to come. If anyone has any advice what to do, please let me know. Thank you!
