I've had the service for a week and its been nothing but problems. The installation was poor, the installer left with an intermittent camera, the thermostat hanging from the wall and the old thermostat with screws and mounts across the floor. Over the week since then I've tried to figure out why the camera is intermitten, why the console regularly requires restarting, why I need to continuously restart the router and all the time, the only thing I can rely on is my timer for front lights. A really expensive timer is all I have right now.
I'll be calling Comcast and simply asking them to take all this back. No need to pay so much for month for shoddy products, lack of service. Just my opinion.
