MY COMCAST HOME SECURITY SYSTEM

WE HAVE HAD COMCAST`S HOME SECURITY SYSTEM SINCE SEPT. OF 2013. IT HAS NOT REALLY WORKED SINCE IT WAS PUT IN. THE SYSTEM COMES WITH AN OUTSIDE CAMERA AND A TOUCHSCREEN, SO YOU CAN SEE OUTSIDE WHERE THE CAMERA IS POINTED. THE TOUCHSCREEN AT THE BEGINNING WORKED MOST OF THE TIME,ALTHOUGH IT DID GO DARK PERIODICALLY, AS TIME WENT BY THE TOUCHSCREEN STARTED GOING OUT MORE AND MORE WE CALLED COMCAST AND THEY SENT OUT AT DIFFERENT TIMES, THREE DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS AND WHEN THEY LEFT EVERYTHING SEEMED TO WORK OKAY. IT COULDN`T HAVE BEEN AN HOUR OR A DAY AND THE TOUCHSCREEN WOULD START GOING OUT AGAIN AND AGAIN.MORE AND MORE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO COMCAST AND THEY WOULD TRY TO WALK US THROUGH PUSHING BUTTONS AND PULLING THE PLUG FOR SO MANY SECONDS AND THEN REALIZED WE ARE NOT THE TECHNICIANS HERE AND IT IS NOT UP TO US TO TRY TO FIX THIS THING. SINCE THEN WE HAVE HAD THREE MORE APPOINTMENTS WITH TECHNICIANS AND ON THREE DIFFERENT DATES NOT ONE OF THEM SHOWED UP,LEFT US HANGING AFTER FLYING HOME TO BE HERE ON TIME FOR THEM. WE WROTE A LONG E-MAIL TO JAMILA PATTON WHO YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO GET TO THE PRESIDENT AND HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM HER.THAT WAS THREE DAYS AGO. WE WANT THE SYSTEM TAKEN OUT AND COMCAST WANTS TO CHARGE US AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE, FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS NEVER WORKED. WE PAY OUR BILLS ON TIME EVERY MONTH AND YET THERE IS NO LOYALTY WITH COMCAST. GOOD CUSTOMER,BAD CUSTOMER,DOESN`T MATTER. I`VE HAD COMCAST SINCE COMCAST WAS COMCAST AND NOW I WOULDN`T RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT THE COMPANY THEY USED TO BE.
