Our home security has lost connection to the network and we were told to go to settings and enter our PIN..... we never got any more instructions as it just kept waiting and waiting. Eventually it said that it was the wrong master PIN.
I know it's correct because it allows me to use it on the website?
I tried to reset the system but can't find the reset button. I have removed the stand and even the battery cover, but still don't see anything that looks like a reset button.
Can anybody help please?
