My HOA dropped COMCAST TV service as a benifit. I was already paying additional fees to COMCAST so we could get DVR service and premium channels. This should be an easy switch-over, right?
So... I went to the local COMCAST Service Center in Hollywood to switch full service. 1 1/2 hour waiting in line, 1 hour at the window, 3 hours on the phone talking to 4 different people in 3 different countries and I just got my last TV working....
Absolutely the worst experience EVER! I would never recommend COMCAST to anyone! I can't believe how completely dysfunctional they are!
