I placed a call to Comcast earlier this week (the 800 #) and was told that I had to take my gateway router to my local Comcast office for swapout. Arrived there this morning and was advised that due XH being part of the solution, a home visit by a Comcast technician is required! Sigh! Thankfully, I have an appointment for tomorrow (Saturday). Here's hoping I get the equipment I need.
