First up, it seems to be losing connectivity on an almost daily basis. The touch screen recommends changing the battery. It is always hooked up to AC power, but I guess this is an issue anyway? Will Comcast provide a battery or am I on my own for that?
Secondly, I can't install any of the apps listed onto the device. I'd like to have a clock up instead of the "arm/disarm" screen. Its not a big deal, just curious if anyone else has had similar issues?
I had the nearly the same problem (loosing connectivity etc.) and it was necessary to call comcast service. The guy updated the device and after this everything was correct. It looks like the the company who installed the stuff (sub contractor?) don't take care to update the device
