Can't add new I1000 Cam

I have been all over the site and you tube looking to see how to add a second i1000 cam. I have been to the portal site and there is no option to add a new cam there. Been to my touch pad settings home div, cams, no add cam just edit and delete cam.

So what do I need to do to add a new cam.
