I am having major issues with the Xfinity Smoke detector.
1. There is no way to silence it.
2. There is no way to stop an alarm once smoke is detected, without the pin.
3. There is no way to stop the fire department and police from showing up from a false alarm without the password.
3 is the biggest issue, if the alarm no longer detects smoke, why does a team of emergency responders need to show up.
Is there any thing that can be done about 3. I have guess over routinely, and if they cause a false alarm when cooking the fire department and police show up and fine me, even when the sensor is showing no smoke.
