since a couple of weeks the netgear router which is used for XFINITY home on top of the existing xfinity router is loosing connection.
The effect is that the thermostat is no longer under controll of the online rules (didn't switch on etc).
I have access from the XFINITY home tablet to everything but online I didn't see the correct thermostat temp.
When I reset the netgear router the Connectivity test shows everything is correct.
After a while or couple of days with correct function same happens.
This is not only disappointing but I'm heavy travelling and loosing the connection without the possiblity to reset when I'm away from home is on high risk for security and temp. control reason.
Is there a possibility to reset remotely?
Why is the tablet working but not the online control?
Any idea?
