Yea, perhaps you are right. I purchased this particular Kwikset #912 Lockset because I wanted a lever entry style and not a deadbolt and also the fact that I had read of a 100% success in pairing up this lock to the Times Warner Cable Home Security System, which is supposed to be identical to the current Comcast one !!!
So I am not sure if I can use this lock yet although Kwikset themselves say no, but again it can be used on Time Warner but not ours? I'm not too sure I buy this either.
Now I'll wait and hope that an Official Comcast Employee/Tech can give me help here for my lockset, because yes I really don't want to waste around $200.00 !!!
Please help if you can Comcast !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
