The red light on the motion sensor stopped blinking, I thought to check the battery as it might be loose. Followed the change battery procedure step by step, removed the battery then replaced it after one minutes.
Could not set the alarm after that, error code of 317030 showing the sensor had been tampered ?!
Tried to reset the modem.... nothing works. Worst of it all, called in for the Xfinity Home Security Support, all they say is I will need a tech to come out and service it. between $39.99-$69.99 plus any parts or units ? I had this system installed by Comcast about 3 months ago, so I need to pay more for a service call ?
They proceeded to sell me the $5.99/mo. deal so no more service call changes in the future. I'm not interested in spending additional on this "new" system. Can anyone help ? Please ?
