Visonic Carbon Monoxide (CO) Sensor Removal Letter!

Hello All,

Wow! I am very upset with this letter that I got today, plus a Comcast phone call yesterday!  Now you are taking away our CO Detection Devices and Central Station Monitoring?

Did anyone else gets calls yesterday or a letter today?

I can see where you may have a problem with this particular Visonic model! But how about a replacement CO Detector – like this one made by SMC:

Safety 1st! This is the very first reason why I went with Comcast – because they had central station monitoring of Smoke & Fire / CO / Water Detection!

Great! You are giving us up to $110.00 Visa Card to replace what we have now – but it will be a standalone model and where is our continued central station monitoring then?

If this is the case, then where too does it mention in this letter that you’ll be going us a discount off our bill now, because we no longer have this feature?

I simply cannot believe this! I am very shocked and upset by this Comcast! This sucks! Find a new CO Detector, keep us on central station monitoring for CO and add more services and bells and whistles and stop taking away stuff from us!

What’s next? Next week take away our Smoke Alarms and central station monitoring for that too! Come on Comcast – get real!

Also -  where is our PROMISED around the clock 24/7 recording and cloud storage for our – up to- six cameras?

Sure, I’d pay $10.00 more a month for that – or how about an even swap for cutting out our CO Detection monitoring!

Best regards,

Jim
