THIS IS THE CONTENT OF MY COMCAST LETTER DATED 05-27-15...

Dear James Bxxxxxxxx,

Our records indicate that you have at least (1) Visonic Carbon Monoxide (CO) sensor as part ofyourXFINITY® Home Security system.

Visonic, Inc., the supplier of this device, has made us aware of an issue with this Carbon Monoxide sensor that may result in the sensor freezing in an alarm state when customers press the Test button.  If this occurs, the Carbon Monoxide sensor will stay in an alarm state and not alert you to a subsequent Carbon Monoxide event.  Furthermore, you will not be able to arm your XFINITY Home system.  Please call 1-844-298-0075 for assistance if this occurs.

Important Information Regarding Next Steps:

• Please DO NOT remove your Carbon Monoxide sensor(s) prior to June 15, 2015

• Beginning on June 15, 2015, we will remotely disable your CO sensor(s) and will no longer provide Carbon Monoxide monitoring. The Carbon Monoxide sensor(s) will be permanently disabled and will no longer function properly.

• On or after June 15, 2015, you may remove your Carbon Monoxide sensor(s)

No action is required on your part at this time, however you will receive a package in the next few weeks that will contain the following:

$110 Visa pre-paid card for each Carbon Monoxide sensor currently activated at your residence

Instructions on how to remove and return the Carbon Monoxide sensor(s)

A pre-paid envelope/label to return the Carbon Monoxide sensor(s)
