Re: Visonic Carbon Monoxide (CO) Sensor Removal Letter!

I am certian this has to do with limiting liability so I won't be supprised if more services go away.

 

My frustration with Comcast is long standing yet I find they deliver a decent product at least part of the time.

 

Did any of you receive your Visa cards?  I got one of mine (have 2 detectors) and the card was for $100 not the $110 like the rep that called saying they would be discontinuing the CO service.  Nor like the letter I recieved saying i would recieve gift card(s) in the amount of $110 for each CO detector.

 

I felt like being punished so I called customer service.  After supplying my account info 3 different times.  I got a rep who said sorry.  And some comment about that is the way "Sales" set it up.

 

I don't know why I am always surprised but I kind of laughed and said "okay, Thank you".   Why did I say thank you, jeez that was dumb.
