Hello. This is one of our most simple calls to handle. When you call in to tech support for Xfinity Home Security, simply let the agent know that you are needing the "certificate of alarm". We will need to verify your account, as well as an email address that you would like the certificate to be sent to. Once it is generated on our end it will usually show up in your inbox within 5 to 15 minutes. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to be sent, though this rarely happens.
