but... has it ever worked? if not, which package you have, 300 or 350? if 300, you need to get their enhanced video monitoring, because i dont think the default service has support for multiple cams
but if your answers were, yes and 350. i'd most certainly call in and request a tech come out and exchange the cam for a functioning one. btw 350 comes with a warrenty program so dont let them charge you for any of it. 300 by default does not come with a warrenty (besides what maybe the manufacturers may offer)
