For the heck of it, run a speed test using Xfinity's website.
I'm sure the results will be "exaggerated" from the results from a third-party site such as http://www.speedtest.net/
Use the Xfinity results which are usually 3-4 times the results of other test sites as a "feel good" for the moment.
