I am having the same problem. I was getting ready to call and complain a few weeks ago when I saw an Xfinity van in the area. I flagged the tech down and he said he should have been done in my area two weeks prior, but he keeps getting called away. I saw him in my area for the next week and half. I assumed that my system would start behaving soon, but it has not. I already was not happy with the recording capability. They should change the name from Home Security to Home Unreliability.
