I'm on hold right now with Retention.

 

She told me the "Netgear" Home router I have is old and they have a new one available.....

 

Waiting to hear if that is actually true, but if it is, what in the heck Xfinity?  If you have new gear you should be contacting your customers to upgrade......

 

If she's just confused, @#$@.
