I was transfered three times, on the phone for more thatn an hour and the techhad to reboot my modem and failed to call me back once hte phone wes back up-very frustrated. Deleated and reinstalled th esoftward three times, did a reboot for the tablet....still have white acreen and just clouds on th heacreen without map. This is the weather channel. Talked again to a tech yesterday and gave me a CR# and said to call back in three days if I still had the problem. We have storms every day here and when they are bad, I unplug the computers so I rely upon the tablet for info.
