I chose to place my "INDOOR/OUTDOOR" cameras on my window sills inside my home and direct them to the outside of my home. The cameras work well in the daytime. But in the night time, I am unable to see anything due to glare coming from the lights within the cameras.
I called Tech Support and was told that the light from the cameras reflects onto my glass windows. Therefore I am forced to place my cameras outside in the brutal weather conditions and having to hide the huge powersource. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THE CAMERAS HOWEVER I WISH IF THEY ARE INDOOR/OUTDOOR-GLARE FROM THE CAMERA ITSELF SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE...
How do I turn off the lights within the cameras to avoid the glare. I am still within my 30 day grace period and you will be getting these "only good for daytime use" $150 ea. cameras back and/or possibly discontinuing the entire home security service. The cameras where the selling point for me-and you should tell people about this issue ahead of time.
PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.
