This missing functionality is why I bought the security system with a camera. Now I find out I can't do what other wireless cameras can do (set up motion zones to trigger video.) I decided to work around this by purchasing another motion detector and mount it near my front porch. I went to my local Comcast Service Center only to find out they don't carry them. They offered to send me one if I agreed to have a tech come out and install it. I told them that pairing them was a easy self install issue, but he wouldn't agree to sell it to me. I walked out, and am convinced that comcast isn't even any good at selling devices, and worse at seling solutions.
