Well, I'm into teh fifth week with this. Talked to a rep last week, told me to wait three days to see if it reset, it did not. Talked to the next rep on Mondy, uninstall-reinstall-hard boot...ect. Told me a tech rep guru will call me in three days...no go so far. I asked for a rep to come over and fix it an dwas told no, this was the next step.
The only reason I am so interested in having this thing work is that we have bad storms daily and I have to shut down the computers until they go away...so I need to see a map so tell if it is safe to start up the computer and continue my work.
I can't wait until my contract is up with Comcast.
