Problems connecting to my Xfinity Home

 

I am having problems connecting to my Security system from my laptop or my phone. Camera does not connect, I get a message that says, my Panel has lost its network connection but I use it directly when I am at home. It has now been out for 6 days my touch screen,laptop nor cell phone will connect to my cameras. Whgat good is home security if it doesnt work. If this isnt resolved soon then my contract has been voided by Comcast and I shall take my business elsewhere that has security that works. 

 

Should I schedule a technician to come asap
