My thermostat is blowing cold air when it's on heat and it turns on and off intermittently constantly. Comcast you are just awful, and the fact that you are selling stuff that you yourself cannot fix is mind blowing. My house is freezing and I have to take time out of my day to figure out why your system isn't working. My air in the summer had a similar issue where it wasn't cooling my house off or holding a temp. I am so done with comcast at this point and will be making a phone call today to have it removed. I am wasting money and time and energy on this and I shouldn't have to. I feel you are ripping me off and in no way shape or form do you ever try to make it better. You are so expensive for the service and quality of your equipment.
