The original camera needs to be defaulted before it can be added back to the touchscreen. There are many different types of cameras. Best bet is just to search your model number and learn how to default it. Then try adding it back to the system. plus make sure that the homeplugs aren't an issue. They will occasionally lose connection and need reset. (unplugged and plugged back in).
