8/21/15 – Xfinity Home Service Order Confirmation
8/27/15 – Xfinity home Installed and activated. I can log online and to the mobile app and see activities around my house.
8/29/15 – Called Xfinity and asked why I don’t see the Xfinity Home as part of my service, CS couldn’t give a proper answer.
Two techs have since been to my house and issue has not been solved.
11/3/15 – Cannot log onto the Xfinity Home App or online.
11/17/15 – Call CS to inform them about this issues and was told Comcast has no record of my install even though I have all my electronic signed documents.
