Terrible service

Our service is absolutely terrible for our cable. Cable stations keep saying our service should be back on shortly. Our recordings are completely fragmented as well. it is unbelievable that your ads say watch the Olympics when we can't even get the station. I understand you aren't the one causing the problem but as customer service it becomes your problem. To have no recording for events we had been waiting all day to watch needless to say I'm unhappy We pay extra for hd and we get zip. I'm one problem away from telling you to come pick the boxes up as they will be found by the curb. Something should be done or rectified accordingly or I can guarantee you'll be losing a customer soon.
