Not just remote log-in trouble

This message appears on my Xfinity account page:

 

"Hi. You may experience issues accessing XFINITY® Home mobile app or portal. Alarms and security are not affected. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue."

 

I am unable to access my system remotely, but I'm at home now, and even though my touch screen says my system is at Armed Stay, the lights are cycling between Stay, Away, and Night on my keypad. Also, when opening an "alarmed" door, no alarm sounds, so the system isn't working at all, it appears.

 

Does Comcast/Xfinity even realize the extent of the problem? Could we please get some information on what the problem is and when it's expected to be resolved?
