I purchased two new light controllers from Comcast for self-installing. When I test them (plug in light, put in socket, turn light on/off via device) the device works fine. I try to pair it by adding a new light to the touch screen on on Xfinity home system and it will not pair...it does not show up at all. It took at least 10 tries to reconnect a light controller that I knew worked but accidently disconnected. So, I figured I just needed to reset to factory default and keep trying... I double and tripled checked the steps. Checked the forums. Reset the main modem, touch screen, etc., still nothing. Not sure what I might be missing. Any suggestions?
