Every Since 2014, I Have Been Telling COMCAST/Customer Service Reps., That My Home Security System HAS Been HACKED. Not One Service Rep.-OR-Xfinity Tier 3 Supervisor Wanted To Acknowledge, that The Home Security "ZigBee Protocol">>Is Extremely Vulnerable To HACKING!!
The CURRENT DOOR/WINDOW SENSORS, Doesn't Maintain The Proper Checks & Balances, Allowing a Given SENSOR to Go Minutes-OR-Even Hours Without Checking-in!! Therefore, ALLOWING my Apartment To Be Entered By TWO Maintenance men EVERY TIME, They Detect That I've EXITED my Apartment!!
Every Since DEC. 2014, I Have Discovered NUMEROUS Property Damages Throughout My Apartment, however, Neither of These TWO Maintenance guys EVER SHOW-UP in My SAVED VIDEO HISTORY!
I Am Paying for A Security System, that DOESN'T PROTECT ME OR MY PROPERTY!!
COMCAST was First Notified Of This "ZigBee Flaw", BY: The Researchers @ The Cybersecurity Firm "Rapid7" Inc./"Phil Bosco", ON: NOV. 24, 2015.
Now that the General Public Has Been Notified of This "HACKING" Flaw; My Question to YOU Xfinity Is This: "What Are You Doing Right NOW, to FIX this Problem"?
