Hi elbertmyers2015,

 

Can you please tell me how you received the alert telling you the system was disarmed (email or text), and if you tried to use the XFINITY Home mobile app to re-arm the system? I did check the logs for your account and did not see any equipment malfunctioning during the timeframe you indicated.
