Here is an information update.
A friend who is more technically inclined than me tried to pair/add the fob to the touch screen. He got a message that the fob was not supported (he showed me a box with a red X and the words "Not Supported). He is confused, as he did a bit of internet research and shows that this is the same fob as the one on your website. I have included photos of what your website shows (http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/home-security/xfinity-home-secure-key-fob/), and photos of the front/back of the fob was given.
Any advise you can provide would be much appreciated.
