Low Battery Warning - Security System

On my Xfinity main security device screen, I am receiving a "low battery warning" for the "panel interface board." I assume the panel interface board is the Honeywell 6160 keypad device that connects to all the window and door alarms. The problem is that I don't know how to open the keypd device to change the battery. I do not have other Comcast security devices on the windows or doors as it is monitoring security through the original wired system.

What am I missing?
