I have three of the Kwikset locks and one of the August. I had a second August (new version) ordered since November but it's delevery has been pushed from February to now late April. I am going to cancel and get another Kwikset 914. I would not recommend the August at this time as Test1234x indicated it is not fully integrated into the Xfinity system. There are a couple nice thinks about it such as the fact you still use your exterior door hardware and I liked the auto unlock feature (when you leave home from a specified distance and then come back home the door will unlock as you approach it). You can get just he lock but it will rely on bluetooth to unlock. To use remotely or with the Xfinity app you have to buy a August Connect bridge. I have had major problems with this staying connected. There was a period of about two months were August had a glictch and the thing wouldn't connect until they fixed their app. In short, if you want full integration go with the Kwikset. I don't feel that the "works with" hardware (not just the locks) are really ready for real life use.
