Xfinity Home I had to exchange my xfinity gateway today for a new one because of some wifi problems...Now my Xfinity Home security touchscreen naturally doesn't connect to the new gateway.. I called support and they tolod me I cannot connect the touchscreen to my router myself that they will send out a technician....That just doesn't make sense since virtually everything else I had connected before has reconnected with no issues at all....I'd rather not wait three days to get my touchscreen, comcast cameras etc working again...anyone have any suggestions?
