My vonage landline is experiencing issues after I moved to Xfintiy Home

I switched to Xfinity (TV/Internet/Home) last month. I was told that in order for Xfinity Home to work properly, I needed a router between Cable Modem and my own Wifi Router. So the tech (Dave, who was very nice), did that. But now, I have an issue with my Vonage voip line. The problem is if someone calls from a landline to my vonage number, I can hear them but they cannot hear a word I am saying. Calls from mobile to my vonage line work just fine. This problem has started only after I moved to Xfinity and I suspect it is due to extra router between my cable modem and wifi-router. I am hoping Comcast agent reading this would refer my issue to technical team and help me resolve. Thanks.
