I'm thinking that if you don't have Comcast for Internet, it would mean that you would have to have a Netgear Security Router that the Touchscreen would need to connect to through WiFi. The Netgear Security router needs to be connected to your own router or gateway via Ethernet.
When you upgraded your Internet service, did you get a new router or gateway? Is it possible that the Security Router just needs to hooked up to that new device?
