This issue occurred in March and Actual Comcast Employees took an interest and corrected it.
After I posted this I noticed someone moved this from the XFINITY HOME topics. This is ONLY ON MY TOUCHSCREEN for Home Security. Please move this back to XFINITY HOME. This has nothing to do with XFINITY TV!!!
