Same issue here in Eugene. Been like this about 2 weeks now. Comcast provides the app as part of their install. The issue occured a few months ago and then suddenly went away. Not impacting other non Xfinity Weather Channel Apps that I have on my phone, tablet, etc...just the touchscreen from Xfinitiy. Come on guys - you need to look at this, figure it out and get it resolved. It is not just a "one off" situation and is not a "weather channel" issue.
