Since the day it was installed, I have experienced issues with the Xfinity Home service. Specifically, I am only able to arm and disarm the system. All other features are not functional (camera, light controls, thermostat, remote access, etc.). I have repeatedly contacted Comcast customer service to solve this problem, but the problem with the system has persisted. After the fourth time of having the system repaired, it still does not work. Tonight I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Comcast customer support to try to have the system repaired once again. They were unable to resolve the issue. Therefore, I have no choice but to cancel my Xfinity home service. Because the issues are on the Comcast end, I am unwilling to continue to pay for Xfinity home nor the early termination fee.
How can I have this fee waived?
