If you have a technicolor 202 or 203 just remove the 2 screws located behind the touchscreen on the stand and removed the stand once the two small phillips screws been unscrew. Second step removed the battery cover and release the backup battery. 3 step unplug the power from the touchscreen. Finally put everything back together by connecting the battery pack follow by battery cover, connect the power supply to the touchscreen, install back the stand don't forget to secure the stand with the small screws. This how you fix white screen, black screen or frozen touch screen.
