Re: Xfinity Home App

WE're having the same problem - we can controll stuff with the touchscreen, but not with the iphone/ipad app nor via a desktop browser.  Desktop give this message:

"Unfortunately your broadband connection seems to be down, so certain functionality on the web site is temporarily unavailable. Don't worry, though, your security service is still working and connected via cellular to our 24x7 central monitoring station."
