I don't know if this question was answered, if it hasn't, here is what works for me. If you have an iphone install the infinity app and sign in with your Comcast ID and password. You will arrive at a touchscreen that will allow you to arm your system either by touching arm stay, arm night or away. Tap on away and your system will be fully armed. Beats having to go downstairs to arm the system by opening an exit door, then having to hurriedly make it back to my bedroom before the alarm is set.
