SERVICE CALL

Comcast did work on our pole, we lost service right after. 4 hours of calls to tech support (Mumbai) and 37 minutes with online tech support (Mumbai) STILL NO HELP. It's like an endless loop of scripted people in other countries. I should have a local contact that should have access to see what was done on our utility pole to correct this quickly.

 

THIS IS CORP SERVICE AT IT'S WORST.
